Water is ever forming, a natural occurring element on earth. Drinking water is important without it complications could arise such as dehydration a serious concern.  Dry skin can also occur by not drinking enough water throughout the day that we should be drinking.  We see beautiful celebrities such as Julianne Hough, Rihanna and Kim Kardashian to name a few with flawless skin.  It takes a lot of nourishment and care that will lead you on the right steps to good healthy skin.

Genesis 1:1-2 KJV In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.  And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep.  And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

Both your skin and the earth are composed of water, why is this tasteless, and odorless liquid important?  Water is made of two Hydrogens and an Oxygen that are fused together forming a compound.  This powerful natural compound helps with detoxifying your body.  Moms are always saying, “Drink more water it’s good for your skin and flushes out toxins”.

Imagine how some of us eat junk food and non-organic fruit that could contain pesticides if not properly washed off.  Just think of the possibilities you could be ingesting.  These toxins if not flushed out could cause skin irritation making your sensitive skin, eczema, psoriasis, or dry skin with worse symptoms.

Now take a moment and think, have you had enough water today?  If you have dry skin or extremely extra dry skin you could be further drying it out with your lack of water intake.  The recommended daily amount of water intake should be eight, 8oz glasses of water per day.  Pretty hard for some people who drink a lot of diet soda, coffee or near to nothing.

Tips Increasing Your Water Intake

*Try diluting your cup of juice with half water

*Drink an 8oz glass of water before and after a meal so by dinner you have already consumed 6 glasses of water if you include and calculated breakfast, lunch and dinner.

*Try squeezing a little lemon juice in water making it tastier.

*Keep water around you for easy access.

*Even if your not thirsty take small sips throughout the day, theses small sips add up by the evening.

Remember water is hydrating and excellent for the skin.  Combat dry skin from inside and out.  Each person is different on the amount of water they are comfortable drinking you can contact your local nutritionist who can go over a plan that works for you.  Drinking water also aids in helping with weight loss and shedding extra weight. The water keeps you full making you have less food cravings for junk food.

Ending on a small but yet powerful note always remember dry skin can cause wrinkles and premature aging so remember to moisturize your skin and stay looking younger.
